The CARRY Stock Treasury · Pre-launch

BUILD AN ASSET BASE.
LET IT WORK.

30% of CARRY protocol revenue is designated toward a protocol-owned stock-token treasury targeting SPY, Microsoft and NVIDIA. The objective is a durable asset base that grows with protocol activity.

Three allocations. One accumulating treasury.

50 / 25 / 25

The basket behind CARRY.

A 50% SPY foundation, with 25% allocations to Microsoft and NVIDIA for additional technology exposure.

SPY 50%MSFT 25%NVDA 25%

SPY already includes Microsoft and NVIDIA. The combined allocation intentionally increases technology exposure.

Why the treasury exists

Activity becomes an asset base.

CARRY trading activity generates protocol revenue. Designating part of that revenue toward stock-token exposure allows value to accumulate inside the protocol rather than letting all revenue leave the system.

Stock acquisitions are manually directed under bounded protocol controls. Budgets become holdings when purchases execute.

The intended treasury flywheel

The treasury can feed
the reward layer.

Direct rewards come from the separate 30% Reward Funding allocation. Realized treasury gains may provide an additional source of funded USDG, while the asset base continues to accumulate.

  1. 01

    CARRY activity

30% of protocol revenue is designated toward treasury acquisitions.

  2. 02

    Stock Treasury

Build and accumulate the protocol-owned asset base.

  3. 03

    Realized gains

Assets may appreciate. A bounded portion of gains may periodically be harvested when appropriate.

  4. 04

    USDG funding

Eligible realized proceeds can be converted to USDG and deposited into a funded schedule.

  5. 05

    CARRY stakers

Additional funded USDG can release through staking reward schedules.

Treasury principal stays distinct from the potential reward path. An unrealized gain is not funded USDG.

Future harvests would be manually directed, discretionary and bounded, with no fixed percentage or cadence. No autonomous model decides when or how much to sell.

Protocol-owned. Clearly defined.

The Stock Treasury is owned by the protocol. Holding CARRY does not give direct ownership of SPY, MSFT or NVDA tokens or a redemption claim against specific treasury holdings. Treasury assets do not back each CARRY token on a one-for-one basis.

Target portfolio — not yet funded. No current holdings, acquisitions or profits are reported. Treasury gains and USDG reward amounts are not guaranteed. No guaranteed APY or CARRY reward emissions.
