The treasury target is protocol-owned; CARRY is not a company-share certificate.
Ownership boundary
The Stock Treasury target is protocol-owned tokenized exposure. StockTreasuryVault is a local V1 candidate, not deployed. CARRY holders do not directly own company shares and have no redemption rights against underlying stocks or specific treasury holdings.
Treasury holdings, acquisition budgets and user USDG reward balances remain separate. A treasury mark-to-market gain is not funded USDG and does not create a promised reward entitlement.
Risk and availability
Stock-token availability, permissions, corporate actions, market hours and execution restrictions require operational verification. The target basket does not promise performance or redemption.
Current planned terms. Pons parameters will be reverified immediately before launch and are not permanently guaranteed. CARRY has not launched. No token address, trading URL, pool address or live balances are published.
