Treasury gains and reward funding

Treasury performance is distinct from funded USDG rewards.

Unresolved

No promised gain distribution

The current reward-funding source is the revenue allocation after conversion into USDG and deposit into a schedule. Trading revenue remains the primary funding path; a bounded portion of realized treasury gains may periodically provide additional USDG funding. No fixed harvest percentage or schedule is approved.

The intended treasury flywheel aims to preserve and grow the asset base while harvesting a bounded portion of gains when appropriate. Harvesting would be discretionary and manually directed. Its production policy requires a separate decision, realized proceeds, defined accounting and reviewed implementation. New deposits and unrealized gains must not be represented as reward funding.
