Fees and CARRY revenue

Ordinary trader fees, Pons revenue and the CARRY revenue allocation.

Selected design

Ordinary trading

Current planned terms. Pons parameters will be reverified immediately before launch and are not permanently guaranteed. CARRY has not launched. No token address, trading URL, pool address or live balances are published.

Ordinary trader fee: 2.30%, comprising a 1.00% Pons base fee and 1.30% CARRY creator tax. Of ordinary trading volume, 0.30% is equivalent to Pons protocol revenue and 2.00% to CARRY protocol revenue.

Gas, execution price impact and any third-party interface charges are distinct from the ordinary trading-fee figures. Inspect the external venue quote.

The CARRY split

CARRY’s 2.00% revenue is split 40% Protocol Reserve (0.80% of ordinary volume), 30% Stock Treasury (0.60% of ordinary volume), 30% USDG Reward Funding (0.60% of ordinary volume). These shares do not divide the full trader fee.

Protocol Reserve: Intended for development, infrastructure, security and audits, ongoing protocol expenses, additional protocol/vault reserves where appropriate, discretionary CARRY buybacks, and other protocol maintenance needs. No specific use, amount or cadence is guaranteed.

Stock Treasury: 30% of CARRY protocol revenue is designated toward building the protocol-owned Stock Treasury. Acquisitions are manually directed under bounded execution controls toward the 50% SPY / 25% MSFT / 25% NVDA target. Target weights are not current holdings.

USDG Reward Funding: Reward Funding converts protocol revenue into funded USDG reward schedules for CARRY stakers through a bounded ETH → USDG execution path. Contracts are not deployed. ETH awaiting conversion is not funded USDG. No CARRY emissions or guaranteed APY.

Pons curve principal is separate from fee revenue; it is not distributed through this revenue allocation.

Launch-only protection

Separately, Pons launch-only anti-snipe protection starts with a 99% opening BUY tax that decays over approximately 3 seconds. This is not the ordinary fee; users must inspect the actual external trade quote.
