USDG reward funding and claims
FundedStaking and RewardFundingVault are implemented and tested local V1 candidates, not deployed; full fork rehearsal, production calibration, security review and deployment remain.
Funding source
30% of CARRY revenue (0.60% equivalent of ordinary volume) is designated for USDG rewards. Funding requires conversion into USDG and deposit into a schedule. ETH awaiting conversion is not funded USDG.
No CARRY staking emissions. No fixed or guaranteed APY. The verified USDG address and staking contract remain unset.
Schedules
The local V1 implementation releases funded USDG over 7 active days. Releases pause while the pool is empty. Changing stake changes future reward shares, not earlier accrual. Claims cannot exceed funded accrued balances.
FundedStaking is implemented and tested locally as the frozen V1 candidate. It has not been deployed. Full fork rehearsal, production calibration, security review and deployment remain.
RewardFundingVault is implemented and tested locally as the current V1 candidate, not deployed. It provides the bounded ETH → WETH → USDG → FundedStaking path. The local deployment sequence and one-time CARRY/staking bindings are implemented and tested. Reward Funding Keeper V1.2 is implemented, tested and feature-frozen for intended mechanical automation of bounded conversions, but is not production-enabled. Full fork rehearsal, production calibration, security review and deployment remain. ETH awaiting conversion is not funded USDG.
The production path is CARRY protocol reward allocation → ETH → production ETH→USDG conversion → FundedStaking funding. RewardFundingVault is implemented and tested locally. Its one-time bindCarry() and bindStaking() bindings are implemented and tested, and the local deployment ceremony resolving the previous CARRY-address dependency has been tested. The bounded ETH → WETH → USDG → FundedStaking path is intended to use mechanical keeper automation; Reward Funding Keeper V1.2 is implemented, tested and feature-frozen, but not production-enabled. Full fork rehearsal, production calibration, audits and deployment remain. Once USDG enters FundedStaking, the staking contract automatically handles proportional reward accounting and distribution, without manual per-wallet calculations. The walkthrough remains an educational example, not a live service.
